- Dibaca: 37 kali Buka Dokumen Lengkap disini The research entitled "Regulating the Concentration and Frequency of POC Saripupuk on Lettuce ((Lactuca sativa L.) cultivation in polybags was carried out in Winong Village, Boyolali District, Boyolali Regency, from May to June 2004 at an altitude of 505 m above sea level on regosol soil type. .
This study aims to determine the most optimal treatment combination between concentration and frequency of Saripupuk POC in lettuce cultivation. The design used was a completely randomized block design (RAKL), consisting of 2 treatment factors, with 4 replications, namely: Saripupuk (K) POC concentration, consisting of three levels, namely: K1 = 5 cc / liter of water, K2, = 10 cc / liter of water, K3 = 15 cc / liter of water, the frequency of giving POC Saripupuk (W) consists of three levels, namely: W1 = 1 time, on 5 days, W2 = 2 times, at 5 days afterwards and 10 days afterwards, W3 = 3 times, given at 5 days, 10 days and 15 days.
From the results of this study it can be concluded that:
Fertilizer of various concentrations had a significant effect on the growth and yield parameters of the plants in the form of leaf length, number of leaves, and weight of fresh stover. The frequency of fertilization has a significant effect on the growth and yield of lettuce, namely in the form of leaf length, number of leaves, and weight of fresh stover.
The treatment combination that gave the highest yield for lettuce was K3W3 treatment or giving Saripupuk with a concentration of 15 cc / 1 liter of water and the frequency of fertilizing 3 times. The highest yield for consumption weight per plant was 0.38 kg (K3W3), while the lowest yield for consumption weight per plant was 0.27 kg (K1W1).
